1. About these terms

By using this site you accept these terms. Original Big Art is a gallery and art-services business dealing in large-scale original artworks for sale, lease and commission.

2. The collection & pricing

Artworks, dimensions, availability and prices shown are indicative and subject to change and to confirmation. Works shown on this demonstration site are illustrative placeholders. Nothing here is a binding offer; sales and leases are governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Buying, leasing & commissioning

Purchases, leases and commissions are documented in a written agreement covering price or lease fees, term, delivery, installation, insurance, risk and title. Leased works remain the property of the owner/artist and must be returned in good order. Title to purchased works passes on full payment.

4. Artist submissions

Submitting work is free and is not a guarantee of representation, sale or lease. If we represent a work, a plain-English agreement sets out the commission on sales and leases; artists retain copyright, warrant the work is original and theirs to sell or lease, and may withdraw a work on reasonable notice. We use submitted images only to assess and market the work, with permission.

5. Not financial advice

Information about leasing and its possible benefits is general only and is not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Art is not offered as a financial product or investment. Obtain your own professional advice before making decisions.

6. Copyright

Artwork copyright remains with the respective artists. Site content and branding belong to Original Big Art. Do not reproduce artworks or site content without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including applicable consumer law, whose guarantees this clause does not exclude), the site is provided “as is” and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.
