Buy, lease or commission.

Three ways to bring a statement work into your space — whichever suits the project, the budget and the timeframe.

Buy

Own the work outright. We handle framing, delivery and installation, and provide documentation of authenticity and provenance. Ideal for a forever home or a flagship space.

Lease

Bring in art without the capital outlay, and rotate it to keep a space current. Popular with hotels, offices and developments. Lease terms are arranged per work and space.

Commission

Have something made for the wall. We brief and manage an artist to create a bespoke piece at exactly the scale, palette and medium your space needs.

The process

From brief to wall.

1

Consult

We learn the space, the architecture, the brief and the budget — in person or from plans and photos.

2

Curate

You receive a considered shortlist — to buy, lease or commission — visualised at true scale in your space.

3

Install

We crate, transport, rig and hang the work, and brief you on care, lighting and (for leases) rotation.

4

Live with it

Enjoy the piece — or, on a lease, swap it for something new when the season or the story changes.

A note on leasing: art leasing can suit a business’s cashflow and let a space stay fresh, but the right structure depends on your circumstances. We are art specialists, not financial, tax or accounting advisers — please get your own advice on the financial and tax treatment for your situation.
